Automated insulin delivery

AID(Automated insulin delivery) simplifies managing diabetes and reduces the load of anxiety that comes with living with diabetes. If you don't relate to diabetes patients you wont understand exactly the relief and hope that comes with an AID. Over the years, studies have shown how the levels of depression for diabetes patients using an AID has dropped drastically. That is because living with diabetes can come with a lot of stress and anxiety and possibly heart disease.

What does AID(Automated insulin delivery) do exactly?

  • Automated insulin delivery continuously monitors glucose levels.
  • Minimizes the incidence of low blood glucose (Hypoglycemia) with little or no input from the patient.
  • Improves glucose time in target range.
  • Increases bolusing insulin to prevent or treat high blood glucose(Hyperglycemia)

Life benefits of using AID(Automated insulin delivery)

Freedom to live your life:
You get to live your life without worrying too much about anything regarding how fast you need to reach home and self-install your insulin delivery device while sitting next to the plug.
Can you imagine how depressing it would be for younger and more out-going diabetes patients not having to go out and be with their friends just because they are diabetic and have to be at home and wait for signs to show them how their glucose levels are too high or too low? With an AID they be out and still know their glucose levels because of this helpful device.

Besides just having to live your life normally like other people, AID also helps to ease down too much worrying and anxiety that tends to weight down one's mental state. Yes we get a person may be living with diabetes, but also, I don't see a reason why that has to revolve around their lives until they have nothing else to talk about but Diabetes and how it scares them or increases anxiety in their lives. I do not promote miserability.

Saves you time:
An AID is full package of life saver, freedom giver, stress reliever and time saver!
With all the ways an AID system works, it's clear that it was made to save time. Over the years AID has provided itself as a time saver and yet it continues to elevate and be more polished and more advanced. An AID is a good tool to use if you want to get things done and on time in your life, right on time as CGM(Continuous glucose monitor) works when reading your blood sugar levels all those minutes everyday.

Who can afford an automated insulin delivery system?

The cost of living has become high and on the other hand diabetes or any other sickness don't really choose to only affect the health of those whom to them money isn't an issue. What happens now if you are diabetic, need to hustle and put money on the table? What happens if a diabetes patient lives from hand to mouth?
these are the type of questions that I ask myself often.

The good news is that these devices are different and come in many forms, we have those that are expensive and more detailed, we also have the ones that also get the job done but are not more advanced, but guess what? they are as accurate as the modern ones and come in different affordable prices, you just need to find a good brand.
